if msport shows up with sesks on the 11LV car and oli on the monster car, that'd be a really good 2025

lol saw this website few days ago. 99% of their WRC stuff is crazy clickbait about Neuville and Evans (only those 2, other drivers aren't interesting?) like "here's the obvious proof Neuville cheated to win the title" or "Evans becomes a UFC fighter"
I wish forum member NOT was around to call the writer "village subhuman sick dog" or something similar.

He will be the third driver on pace anyway. But of course it will take the spotlight off him and his season will probably be judged different even if he drives as well as this year because Neuville and Tänak are out of his reach.
It's always the same, strong teammates make one look worse than he is and vice versa.

It's all the other Rally1 drivers he'll be competing with and compared to. And he wont want to look slow, even though he's told by Hyundai to just finish in the points for the team.
A 3rd driver is better being an experienced guy on his way down than an ambitious youngster.

He was not a rally winner yet anyway; max 1 overnight lead after stadium in Japan - most of his podiums came on expense of mistakes of faster drivers. 1 season behind or in the mix with Tanak and Neuville will be a good learning curve - he will learn what does it take to win and then win again and again. Plus he gets paid; plus 3rd driver must finish, thus pressure will be on consistancy, not the end speed. In a sense - less pressure. As they say - you can teach a fast driver to drive consistant, but can not get slow driver to drive fast. In this level "slow" is relative, but noticable value.

It's more or less the fact, if he will try to beat the god there, he will be destroyed, as many before. 🤣

That Hyundai team is one and done very clearly. Even if they continue after 2025, there is no way their line up can remain the same.

Here we go….
HYUNDAI TO DELAY 2025 WRC CAR DEBUT UNTIL AFTER MONTE CARLO

Well they did win with the current car in Monte-Carlo this year, perhaps they prefer waiting for the next events when the conditions aren't as mixed so they'll have a better understanding of what they got right and what they got wrong, just a theory of course. The only good news to come from Hyundai at this point would be them commiting (& actually keeping that promise) until 2030, but with all the uncertainty regarding the WRC moving forwards, even if up until now they would be as sturdy as a rock, I wouldn't blame them for having second thoughts about staying in the championship.
Only you know your true potential.

Rally Guide 1 for the event is out on the event's website! They've also posted a pic with all the stages and what's different to recent editions.
