    2014 WRC cars... that's 10 years ago. There's been a lot of technological development since then in suspension and aero, even in the R5/RALLY2 cars.

    yes, true. but what I tried to say (and failed) was that those cars looked cooler than modern R5s because they looked way more loose on the tracks. personal taste, probably.

    I agree and have said before that the 2011-2016 WRCars were still great to watch.

    Despite the next 2017-2021 cars having all the 'looks' with the extra aero, this actually made them too pressed to the ground and less dramatic (though faster).

    Josh Moffett might go back for one after his swap to the C3 Rally2 hasn't worked out well.

    i think france e espana have decent tarmac championships, so maybe theres a good market oportunity there too. lots of citroens, they are getting more competition of that happens.

    600 cars!!!!!! man, fia CANNOT screw the next rules for this class.
    they need to focus ONLY on: "current R5s and the next gen need to be able to compete together" - because this transition period, until theres another thousand of the next gen cars competing around europe. Then they can rule R5s out.
