Its a shame that more of the ERC regulars didn't enter, but still, I reckon that 6-8 drivers on that list could win.

Will still be a very competitive event, and with a further 98 cars entered into the national rally will be good for spectators.

For some reason Britain has never been very interested in ERC and vice versa...
19 Rally2 cars compared to 23 in Barum isnt so bad.

Also two are drivers coming from the Irish Championship (Edwards and Devine) who are top quality.

Reminds me a little of the first IRC Rally Scotland back in 2009.....which got a paltry entry.....

Is there a better sound than that of Porsche engined Flat-6 ???

We always seem to get a round towards the end of the season when the overall championship is close to being won! The Manx even with Rothmans backing back in the 80s never really saw the level of entries that some adjacent "mainland" European rallies did. Think the classic year of 88 when both Snijers and Tabaton along with Droogmans etc showed up was one of the few exceptions. As for Scotland and the IRC ... Interesting to note though that the National entry is not as packed with Rally 2 machinery as per earlier rallies either so very much an end of term feel. Ironically the BRC entry is holding up well.

Still a good entry in terms of quality if not quantity...

Maybe RedGrey are just running the Fiesta's for this event. Strange though with Creighton a BRC Title contender...

I suspect the RedGrey thing is not 'real'. MSport will be running the cars, but as they are not registered for the teams championship, RedGrey are taking advantage of the points.

Equally, I don't recall Keith Cronin competing with 'Eurosol Racing Team Hungary' before either.
