Fastest lap time calculation

Hello guys,

I am new to the world of car racing and therefore wanted your advice regarding path calculation on track.
My question is that if we have a race track, is it possible somehow to get the shortest/fastest time path calculated by some method/software/logic? .
Basically I want to input a race track and independent of my vehicle geometric data I want a fastest path/route that could be taken with speeds/accelerations at defined points on that track.

To be blunt, no. There are too many variables that will depend on the track, the car, the weather, the temperature, the tyres etc. etc.
