Probably get some late entries
Thought Andy Fenwick in the Skoda Octavia WRC was going to enter
At least Mr Kynastons there though been a while since last heard that car on the Mewla 07 and only saw it once then cos it retired
Will have to wait for seeded entry list to be sure of entries.Quote:

Still haven't decided if I'll be at this one. Would imagine that money and time will be the downfall :(
Yeah, Kynaston hit a sheep a corner up from me :( (typical wales)Quote:

Fourways is allways a good place to go, but i don't think marshalls allow us in there anymore.
you can go down to fourways, but you've got to get down there before the event starts or park by the german village and walk down as i did on the harry flatters, spectator imformation will be on the epynt motor club web site on 18th august :)Quote:

couple of late entry's ,john price, john dolton :D
Last rally I saw was the Somerset Stages so I cant wait for this one!
Last rally for me too but will probably miss the Mewla :( Going to Bournemouth on Saturday and doing a sprint @ Colerne (near Castle Combe) on the Monday so an Epynt trip would be a bit of a stretch. Shame as I don't think I've got to an Epynt event this year.Quote:

Too far for me really. Also have a college deadline the week after which could probably do with some attention :SQuote:

Looking at a weather forecast, it should be sunny near Epynt on Sunday.
That would be class :D :up:Quote:

Gareth Jones might be a late entry in his Impreza WRC S12B to get more seat time for Spain WRC round :D
Melvyn Evans is also a possible late entry in his s11 Impreza, I should be finding out tomorrow if he is or isn't in :)
:D Yeah Melvyn Evans and Gareth Jones should be there should be a really great rally there using some sections of road that they havent used for ages down towards the Rifle Ranges near Tirabad so i might check that out ;)
I now have official confirmation that Garteh Jones will be up there in his S12 :)
Been told that Melvyn Evans wont be doing the rally still great entry though
Hopefully Kynastons Audi makes it through the whole event so i can get some decent footage of it for once have you seen his car on the stages before Luke???
Yes I have but only ever at Brean so I can't wait to see his car up on Epynt :D Should be a great day, Kynastons Audi, Prices 6R4, Jones' S12 WRC and plenty of Darrians :D All we need now is Solloway to put an entry in :D :p :
Kynastons Audi does sound pretty immense especially when its going away from you so looking foward to it.
I do prefer the sound of the Peugeot Cosworth though :D i dont think i will ever change my mind on that one ;)
I'm not so keen on the 306 this year, think it sounded much better last season, far more throatier :DQuote:

Oh and if you don't get to see the Audi it's probably because he is too busy fixing the steering rack on my car to bother with all that rallying lark, quite right too :D
The 306 sounds better than ever imho :D :D
It did have engine problems on the Somerset Stages thoughQuote:

Peugeot Cosworth always sounds immense :p sounds the best on the Wyedean and Sunseeker i think get better sound on those events.
Wey looks like the sun will be out for the MEWLA
does anyone have any news on solloway? :p :
ALL of those cars are going to be great to see. Is there any confrimation of Melvyn Evans competing?Quote:

So which stages are the best to see as il be up there taking photos. I do seem to remember a jump just off of Dixies corner?
I think that's the dears leap. Good jump that, the cars do take off. Not really sure what the camera shots would be like though as the masrhalls seem reluctant to let you get too close after a red Escort Mk2 crashed there at the Welsh Rally. "The Triangle" is a pretty good spot, usually go there for one of the stages. It's a little further on down from the dears leap. It's a 3 left, so some of the cars especially the Escorts get really hairy there sometimes. Good fun.Quote:

Were you taking pictures from the outside of the triangle on stage 5? There was a guy in army waterproofs right next to me but I didnt say anything lol.Quote:

Great rally. Shame about Jon Price having to retire though.
Occasional showers did make it quite interesting to watch.
Congrats to Damian Cole though.
lol im in the back of the Kysnton picture wearing the white jacket, just to the left of the spoiler. Shame I had the camera set to 3 picture bursts as ive got a pic of him just about to climb over that bank.
some nice pics once again,i noticed you got a bit closer to kynaston's car than you'd planned, was going to say hello but you dissapeared :burnout:
Yea a little too close really, thats wht I moved!!! Where were you standing then?Quote:
