I hear talk that the season will be 12 events long. This was justified on maxrally recently as a way of preventing the WRC clashing with F1 on tv. I really hope this does not eventuate as about 50% of the fun of WRC is watching cars of a wide variety of events. i feel that wrc should be brave and try to challenge f1 in the motorsport tv marketplace.
Sorry, that's just crazy. To the general public and sports media, F1=Motorsport!! Trying to go head to head with F1 will only result in one winner. And it isn't WRC. At the moment, no Motorsport can compete with F1. The best thing is to stay out of it's way.Quote:
