Will he keep his proper car the Focus WRC?
No, I heard he's going to sell the Focus and buy Punto instead. Punto is much cheaper, so he will have more money for competing.
He has money enough of his oncle, mister Vergokan, his big sponsor. The Focus is for sell indeed :(Quote:

We can definitely forget Pascal Enjolras among the S2000 drivers !! :mark:
In "Rallyes Magazine" of this month, he says that as in France the S2000 is classified "A-7S"(A7 is the group for the Kit-cars, but with that S that creates an entirely new group - Silly to me!!) and that unlikely there will be at least 5 S2000 cars on tarmac championship(if you have less than 5 cars of the same class you can't be counted in championship - that's the rule in France  )so he believes it's not worth driving such car in french championship...
He finally decided he will drive a 206 S1600 instead in the Michelin trophy... :(
It will be hard for him to get decent points with so many GrA 4WD cars and Top Maxi Kit-cars involved the championship - Michelin Trophy :s
Now I wonder who will drive the free 207 S2000 from Enjolras Sport
I don't understand. Why can't he fight for the overal championship instead of the victory in A-7S class?Quote:

Don't ask me who he is, I have no idea(never heard about him before) :s
Rumours are also talking about Jérôme Grosset-Janin in another Fiat from Automecasport for the(almost)entire championship ;)

Echappement Magazine from april writes that Thierry Beuron(to be confirmed) and Alexandre Bengué would drive a 207 S2000 on tarmac rallies championship(at least Lyon-Charbonnières on 20th april concerning Bengué ;) ...
But we have to be careful as it seems several mistakes has been spotted in this magazine about french rallies championship, so this news could also be wrong
OK, so now Cedric Robert and his Clio can finally be champions! :)
Yes.. he could be champion because of this stupid rules :(Quote:

What do you mean Paulo?
If on an event there are less than five WRC cars taking part to the event(the three main whales for example)it's clear that Robert or another "small but numerous car" driver can get the highest amount of points on such rally !! :s
Not sure if the rule still excist but in FIN championship must have 10 starters in class to get full points.

It's incredible that in France, land of the 207, we may see only Grande Punto in S2000 running in the main championship(tarmac) !!!
I really hope/wish good surprises from the Lyon-Charbonnières rally in S2000 class :mark:
Here you can see the Super 2000 on the superspecial in Portugal...

About the french tarmac championship it's now sure there will be at least two Fiat Grande Punto S2000 at the Lyon-Charbonnières rally(helds in three weeks) ;)
Drivers: Jérôme Grosset-Janin and Claude Chossat...
Julien Pressac BSA/Yacco livery 207 S2000 he will use at the Terre d'Auxerre this week-end !! :D

At least seven S2000 cars would be announced on next week's rally 1000 Miglia(counting for italian championship + ERC)...
Entrylist will be published tomorrow thursday, but let's try to guess who will drive what... :p :
My guess: Basso(Fiat), Rossetti(Peugeot), Perico(Peugeot), Lubiak(VW), Fontana(Fiat),...no idea after these 5 drivers though
Probably you can add Solowow (Punto) to the list..Quote:

Yep, that's one of the main interest... ;)
I wonder if any other S2000 will run on Pirelli on 1000 Miglia...Michal Solowow(Fiat Grande Punto) perhaps ??
Janos Toth will use also Pirelli in this year's outings in the 207 S2000Quote:

He gives a short summary about the car after two test session: he misses the torque, but the car feels good, very good brakes and the overall feeling is very good. He's waiting for the first competitive "test": Miskolc Rallye :)
Thanks Teufel... ;)
Nothing about if the gearbox is repaired ??
I can't wait for the Mikolc Rally this week-end :bounce:
