WRC Secto Rally Finland 2026

In the end, Thierry will be the surprise.
When i was choosing my pickems selection, I did it with stats from all available drivers, and realized he always did good on that event. Yet he never won, but he was always very good on it. But I take into account that great i20 he is driving, so I didn't put him as a winner here.

New: WRC trading cards in the pre-show. Which boomer proposed that? :D (I am 40 myself) That's so 90s

Saw it on Instagram, really this is what they need to promote..trading cards…they truly are lost…earlier this week caught the highlights from 2004-2008, god has Paul King went downhill since then, I said this before and I’ll say this again, for the love of all things rally, please replace all the 20+ years personal (and Mike Chen) from the commentating team, please!!

Can't have a new promoter soon enough, they are stuck in the early 2000 and not even the best of early 2000, incredible

Man are those WRC2 cars boring on this stage, with this kind of broadcast. At least put some go-pros in the corners, holy hell

The global trading card industry reached an estimated valuation between $7.8 billion and $14.1 billion in 2025, driven by strong demand for sports cards, collectible card games (TCGs) like Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh!, and high-end unique memorabilia sales. Growth rates project the sector to expand at a compound annual growth rate of roughly 7.9% to 9.3% over the next decade.

Sports Trading Cards: Estimated near $9.2 billion to $13+ billion depending on broader collectibles grouping

Future Projections: Analysts expect the combined market to push past $21 billion by the mid-2030s

doesn't look like a bad idea to aim at a share of this market...

The makeup industry is also huge but WRC based makeup wouldn't sell... or would it. I think I have a business proposal for them, not worse than the Trading Card idea... hm. Be right back

that's very poorly placed sarcasm.

i posted numbers about the sport-related card market, and rally is a sport. It's clearly something that generates roi, as the toy brand with model cast cars (like ixo, that's pouring money and value into the sport through sponsorship and expendables)

Not taking it seriously is a symptom of why wrc is not thriving.

This thread is for Rally Finland 2026. Just saying.

Does anyone know how to listen to the YLE Ralliradio stream without being in Finland or without having a VPN to Finland?
