Are all the races going to be 1:45 again this year?

I've also been wondering what would happen if a red flag were to come out. Would they stop the clock or would it keep running? If it keeps running and there's a long delay, is there a minimum number of laps that must be run?

I don't think you'll have to worry about timed races, push to pass, option tires, or any other of Champ Car's gimmicks, this season.
