Many people will vow to lose weight in 2008 ...
that can be accomplished by burning more calories ...

food for thought :
I have heard that a man burns 60 calories during 30 minutes of foreplay.
However for most men that's impossible ...
NOT many men will spend 30 minutes on foreplay ! ;)
