During the test at Barcelona Force India appeared in white and maroon of Kingfisher. They introduce elegant dark red after the dark green of Jaguar pulling out of F1.

Sutil, Liuzzi and Klien are the nominee for the driver.

Is that the same Kingfisher that owns Beers & Queers (B&Q) over here in the UK?

There are two main companies using 'Kingfisher', one which owns the likes of B&Q and a few others and another which makes Lager http://www.kingfisherlager.co.uk/ I think the team sponsors are the latter.

They are of the same roof, the lager kingfisher was the first established. Sponsoring F1 isn't new for them as previously flykingfisher were behind Panasonic Toyota. It's most likely the same company which switch their support to Indian based team. But, considering McLaren had already another brand of Beer, it could be also the lager company kingfisher refers to.

To avoid any conflict of interest, they seem to pull out their support on Toyota.

As I recall they first sponsored Benetton back in 1996 I think it was.

That was always going to happen....
Vijay Mallya (who owns Force F1) is the owner of United Breweries/Spirits...Their main brand of lager is Kingfisher (which is the #1 lager in India...not that its that good) and he also owns Kingfisher Airlines.
