HWA is run by the former CEO of Mercedes-Benz, Jurgen Hubbert; a fact that could spark new speculation that the largest shareholder of Ron Dennis' outfit could be looking to bring an end to the remaining British elements of the F1 team.

Relatively unknown internet site reporting on content in an unknown magazine > unreliable. I'll wait until it passes the autosport test.

At least from the farewell statement of Fernando, Vodafone would be still likely to stay with McLaren next season, so do their spanish partner Banco Santander and Mutua Madrileņa.

I really like the bit at the top of the page that reads.....

Did you mean How to enter F1 with Mercedes?

Never knew that there was a web-page guide on how to get a major German manufacturer to give you a place in F1.

Makes it look like Ron Dennis just did a paste and copy.

How come HWA knows nothing about this? I'd thought they'd be shouting this from the rooftops.

I think this rumour has about as much credability as if you fired a 15 inch shell at a piece of tissue paper and it came back and hit you.
