Do Super Aguri have to use Honda's car from 07 next year?

Or will they run a fettled 06 Honda again?

Up until earlier this year it looked like SAF1 could simply buy a customer copy of the 2008 Honda for next season, but thanks to the new Concorde agreement not being agreed that may not be possible and they'll either develop a new car on their own or carry on with the 2006 Honda. They might be able to do something with the copyrights on the 2007 Honda but I'm not sure if they can.

At least they have a car they can put on the track, Prodrive is the biggest victim of this sorry mess regarding the customer car issue.

they'd be better off sticking with the 2006, adding what updates they can.

I think their best bet would have to be to stick the '08 engine in the '06 chassis. They can't use the '08 chassis because of the mess with the Concorde Agreement and the '07 chassis was an aero nightmare.
