Embarassing to say but when I was a kid I was mad about Winnetou, the apache of Karl May's novels and the hero of some movies. I guess I falled in love with the actor.

Who was the actor anyway? I think sort of Gibson or Seagal would be suitable for such Indian apache character.

Pierre Brice. All the girls were in love with him. He was in my country last year. Unfortunately he's now in his seventies. :laugh:

Oh, and I forgot another "lover" from my youth. It was a british tv series called Arthur of the Britons and I thought that the character Kai was handsome. So thought the girls in my class. The actor was Michael Gothard and I still remember his name although he didn't do anything memorable.

Sorry. I meant that the guy was born in 1929 and is an old man now. But the Winnetou movies were shot in the 60's.
