I'm looking for info about the tires regulations for a rally. Is it possible to use normal (standard) tires if there is no possibility for the team to buy rally tires?
I can't find anything specific in the FIA regulations about this question.
Can someone help?
Thanks

Yes, it's possible.
I know a Portuguese guy that used to run in many rallys with standard tyres... including WRC rallys ;)
Tyres must be in nice conditions... only that :)

Are you sure Madeira Rally?
I thought so but didn't know if there isn't something in the rules.
My question is in connection of the tarmac rallies where some teams don't have enough money to buy rally tires and uses standard....
