Anyone who missed seeing the Truck Series race missed one heck of a race ...
the race was slowed by a record 13 cautions for 46 laps ... http://www.motorsportforum.com/forums/images/icons/eek.gif
there was a 16 minute red flag to brace a wall that was cracked in several places ...
Jacques Villeneuve triggered a hard crash that caused damage to the inside wall ... http://www.motorsportforum.com/forums/images/icons/rolleyes.gif
Villeneuve hit Stacy Compton, who spun into the outside wall and then slid down the track ...
Compton's truck took a sharp left turn & collected Andy Lally ...
Lally's truck crashed hard into the inside wall with Compton sliding beside him ...
it destroyed a section of the inside wall & Compton slid into the outside wall again ...
a repair was to be performed overnight & completed BEFORE the Busch race today ...
openwheel sensation Jacques Villeneuve finished on the lead lap in 19th ... http://www.motorsportforum.com/forums/images/icons/rolleyes.gif
Compton was a DNF finishing 32nd, Lally was also a DNF finishing 31st
Andy Lally UPDATE : http://www.motorsportforum.com/forums/images/icons/s.gif
Andy Lally was held overnight at a local hospital for further evaluation ...
Lally (who drives the #00 Toyota truck) was alert & conscious after the hard crash

Why do they need to have Michael Waltrip in the broadcast booth, this guy is ruining it for me.

well when david gillililiiiliiand is racin with Matt Kenaaseth they got into the back of Jamie Macmuarry, then Jimmie Johnston passes all three of them.

NASCAR...Duct tape and now......COCA-COLA!!!!! LOL! I had never seen or heard of this before. Hornaday complains to his crew that he has no forward bite out of his pit box and cannot accelerate out as quickly as he likes. So what does the crew do? They empty several cans of Coke on the ground in his pit box to make it nice and sticky!!!!!! LOL!! Thought that was really cool......simple solutions to simple problems! Imagine that in F1? They would have to spend millions on R&D...... CTS...$3.00 for four cans of Coke. LOL!
