McClure Joins Front Row Motorsports for 2008: Front Row Motorsports, which has competed full-time in the Sprint Cup Series for the past three years, will have a full-time entry in the Nationwide Series with a new driver and new sponsor for the 2008 season. Bob Jenkins, owner of Front Row Motorsports, announced that Eric McClure would be joining the FRM organization for the 2008 Nationwide Series season. McClure will pilot a FRM Chevy for a minimum of 32 scheduled Nationwide Series events and at least two Sprint Cup Series events, including an attempt at the season-opening Daytona 500. Additionally, the Hefty Brand will continue its relationship with McClure for the third consecutive season, serving as primary sponsor for the 34 events in 2008.(McClure PR)(11-2-2007)
Great news for Front Row. This should certainly save them from dieing out. Fulltime sponsorship and hopfully they should be more competetive like CJM are now.
