I'd put Donny alongside Brands as secondary (though pleased to see the Palmer inprovements in the last 2 years -thank you A1GP)
Thruxton and Oulton Park are the tertiaries.

Miller Motorsports Park at Utah is a good road circuit and was named Motorsport Facility of the Year in 2006, I dont think it has any international recognition though

Le Mans Circuit de la Sarthe
Magny-Cours
Le Mans Bugatti Circuit

I would say Le Mans/Bugatti is one facility, so I would say Nogaro or Paul Ricard would be Tertiary.

As for Sachsenring, I would say Oschersleben as it's used for WTCC & FIA GT or Euro Speedway Lausitzring.

CANADA: Best Known: Le Circuit Gilles Villeneuve
CNE Toronto
Mosport
Most difficult: Mosport
Le Circuit Mt. Tremblant et St. Jovite
Three Cricks ((Trois Rivieres)

I couldn't resist the last. That was our nickname for it in the old days. One of the 'cricks' is the St Lawrence River.
I also expect some of our Quebecois members will put St. Jovite before Mosport.
It has often been said by many top drivers if you can go fast at Mosport and St. Jovite you will be fast everywhere.
I know (or did) a lot of drivers, both Cdn. and US, who were afraid to race at Mosport. Not top pros. Quite a few others who were quick elsewhere never got the hang of Mosport and that did include a few pros.

Sachsenring has MotoGP, arguably the #2 circuit racing championship in the world ;)

Yeah, but there's hardly any Car racing there.

Good responses here, but can anyone name the 3 circuits for Monaco?

Australia:
Primary: Albert Park
Secondary: Phillip Island/Adelaide/Indy
Tertiary: Bathurst
I put Indy as secondary as it is very popular and has fast open-wheelers as well as the V8's. Adelaide used to hold F1 over 10 years ago, so I guess its secondary now, and Phillip Island because it hosts the bikes.
Bathurst is tertiary because V8's are the only series that'd go there. F1 wouldn't have the balls to go to circuits like Phillip Island or Bathurst.

I guess Ahvenisto is clearly number 1. It's the oldest (since 1967), longest and has hosted Formula 2 races with drivers like Jim Clark, Graham Hill, Jack Brabham and Niki Lauda. Other tracks have hosted just Formula 3 races. The unofficial track record is held by Keke Rosberg (Williams FW08C, 1984) 1:10.00 and the official track record is by Teemu Tanninen (F3, 2003) 1:13.671:
