Is there any programmes that you can design an F1 circuit on?

any drawing program.

Something as simple as Paint, to something like Photoshop or Image Ready, or any other 3d rendering graphics program.

yeah, but like a proper circuit design, like 3d, do it for you, like in console games, you know? more info if neded. Like, what was it, V-Rally????

Trackmania Nations (free game) or United (20 euro or somethin) have a nice editor.

There will be all tracks made by one of the best track builder (Floppy). Already 6-7 online, the Monaco one is exactly like the real thing O_o
