Can I throw a hyperthetical spanner in the works and suggest that rather than have the FIA embarrassed by either driver winning the title the unbelievable happens during the last three races,i.e. A drive through penalty for speeding in the pit lane during final pit stop dropping drivers out off the points allowing kimi to win title!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hamilton stands a chance of winning the title. If he wins it, all will be allowed to let stand as it is. If Alonso wins it, Max and Ferrari will find something new or additional to further strip McLaren of it's driver's points also and Kimi will inherit the title or something will be done to strip Alonso of enough points for Hamilton to inherit the title.

The drivers points have been left alone to see if the rookie can win the WDC. He's good for business. Max has already let enough slip to indicate this was personal, him against Dennis such as the $100 million dollar fine "He can afford it..." not McLaren can afford it, or McLaren-Mercedes can afford it, but "he can afford it". Max also thought Ron intentionally lied to him about the content of the emails. After a certain driver backed off using the emails for leverage, he told Ron there was nothing incriminating in them anyway, which is what Ron told Max when he immediately notified Max about the emails, without seeing the emails himself. Turns out they were full of useful, incriminating stuff for putting Pedro, Alonso, Coughlan, and Stepney in a bad light. As far as the immunity goes, Max said the drivers are never guilty of knowing about cheating, so he didn't want them punished. He hadn't seen the emails either. As it turns out, it would seem that the only people actually guilty of cheating are Stepney, Coughlan, Pedro, and Alonso. Any helpful set up information that Hamilton got, he thought he was getting from Alonso's experience. At this point, not only is Max looking petty and vindictive, but Alonso and Pedro have slipped a side order of looking stupid in on him too.

If Alonso wins the title, don't be surprised to see it taken away for some reason.

Kimi doesn't need anything unbelievable to win the tittle. Just a repeat of Spa podium in the next races.

Well, it would be funny if Kimi did well and Alonso had a DNF, leaving us in a situation where Alonso would need to help for Hamilton to win the title....

If LH finishes the last race, and can win the championship over FA, he will be champion as RD or some "rogue employee" will put a fix somehow on FA...and Maxie will probably look the other way, since he would be forced to strip points from the golden boy and award the WDC to freddie


Striking down the LH from the wdc that would not fit within the "maxieavilla" plan for future business at all



Fiero 5.7 has got some stuff right, but Max was NOT stupid or foolish when he offerred immunity...he did it for the WDC revenue and business.....

He could just as easily said turn in all of what you got immediately or be banned permanently or at least for the next 5 years, should you fail to do so.

but he did not ......smart move for business revenue, bad move for justice and fair play, but the latter is not important substantively, just need to have the false appearance of it...and Maxie now may try to play dumb, saying gee, if i had only known more--that may provide the back up ammo to take out freddie if the need as arises to keep profits up

It could be quite entertaining if either Fred Or Lew had the oportunity to determine the outcome of the wdc without having a chance to win it himself. Could you imagine a prerace meeting between RD, FA, and LH. "God Save The Fiends"

From the results this far, Alonso has better consistency scoring point than others and has good trendline in the last races heading to closing race, he also has better immunity from being DNF, LH has experienced DNF in germany if no stewards' help involved and his fault on tire management in Turkey could be a loophole for him experiencing the same problem.

Therefore, it would be sweet win for Alonso because he fight for it for his own effort and the talks about hoping Hamilton's help is now out of question. All spy gate scandal have been clearly decided and has no longer relationship with legitimation of the title this year.

I kinda agree with this, because Fernando seems to be beef-free with Kimi, he looks and speaks to Kimi with respect, Frodo has never said anything harsh about Kimi, they both seem to respect each other a lot since 2005 at least, and indeed he rather look as the guy who lost against the unstoppable Ferrari team than the guy who lost against "the first in everything" rookie, plus Kimi deserve a Championship, come on. BUUUUT I still think Fernando won't be dirty to win or avoid Hamilton to win..but you know, Sh!t happens.
