What an impressive day this kid had today. He showed patience, aggression
when he needed it, and basically handled himself like a veteran racer. His pit
stops were flawless. His team gave him a decent car and he did an incredible job
with what he had. Hopefully Panther will come up with some money and
engineers to give Hideki a competitive ride next year.
I do believe I had the privilege today of watching the future, first Asian winner of the Indianapolis 500 in his first ever IndyCar Series start.
Well done Hideki Mutoh !
