It will be very difficult. Many years have passed since 1998. You would have to look for photos from ERC rallies from that year.
I had a look at some Polish websites and didn't find any (apart from the picture above, that was taken by my brother).

Blue car is the late Bertie Fisher. (Killed in helicopter crash)
Yellow & White car - not sure
White car is Luis Climent
Other white car is the late Mark Fisher (Son of Bertie also killed in helicopter crash)
Black car is Papadimitriou and front right car is Holowczyc.

Personally, the best livery I've seen on any type of Impreza WRC. This car won the 2001 Dutch Championship with Hans Stacey behind the wheel. It was earlier owned by Bert de Jong.
