I read where Haas got busted and plead guilty for tax evasion. He's gonna owe a whole lot of back taxes and will likely go to jail. Anyone hearing about the team's future?

New owner is Joe Custer, supposedly the team is shielded from Haas' problems. AFAIK Drivers & sponsors aren't signed for next year, but they're in the top 35 in points and doing as well as a satellite team can be expected. I think Best Buy & Samsung are still airing a commercial with the driver, generally a good sign.
