I imagine its some kind of rating system that they both understand....I too have heard it.As I understand it each driver kinda has their own peculiar system of notes....seems to work for them tho ;)

the nesbitt express is supposed to be half deaf and the reason james calls right 24 is that andrew reckons he doesnt catch the first number
