Sounds like a cool concept, the sort of restaurant that you'd go to first to try as it's a bit different. Which probably makes it a nice little earner for the owner!

Looking at some of those photos though the system looks quite complicated, and I can't see how they stop the food sliding around on the plates if the system is 'powered by gravity'.

I would have thought that the customers themselves put the food on their plates. They might get obese otherwise ya know. ;)
