Hello all

Does anyone have a pdf (or know where I can dowwnload a copy) of Justin Wilson's original share sale prospectus from 2003. The original URL locations where you could view/download a copy are broken since the sale was oversubscribed.

Many thanks :)

Peter

Hi Henry

Thanks for your response. I have looked at the various Justin Wilson websites but the original links to the prospectus have been cut since the offer was oversubscribed. I am not a shareholder and don't have access to the special shareholder pages.

The prospectus is, of course, a public document. In fact copies of it were sent out in every copy of Autocar back in 2003 when the share offer was launched.

A friend is thinking of doing something similar to Justin Wilson and I said I would try to find a copy of Justin's prospectus to save re-inventing the wheel.

You should contact a financial advisor or a financial institution which specialises in share floats. Using someone elses "wheel" is not the right thing to be doing and could result in you having issues with the prospectus and that's not a good thing. The share market is about confidence in what you're investing in and your friend doesn't want to look like an idiot does he?

At best look at it for guidance but at the end of the day you need a professional to be doing the work.

You'd have to be sure its going to work. One of my clients at work (a football team) decided to become a PLC when it was all the rage. It was one hell of a lot easier to turn it into a PLC than it was to turn it back into a limited company a couple of years ago.

Email or write to them, I wouldn’t think there will be many hard copies but they should have a pdf they can email you.

As Daniel was saying you need to sit down with professionals. Another driver tried a similar scheme to fund a couple of years of F3000 but I don't think that happened. And motorsport has changed a lot since the original prospectus.only use it for some guidance. I hope it works out let me know!
