Was the tarmac runoff absolutely necessary? It looks like its just a get out of jail free card. Although I suppose there will be less safety cars because of it.

Half the track has had tarmac runoff added in the name of safety, whilst the pitlane entrance is more dangerous than before. That's a little silly.
