NASCAR Driver Arrested At Kings Island

Mason Police said NASCAR driver, Aaron Fike, was arrested at Kings Island this weekend.

It happened in the parking lot Saturday afternoon.
According to police , Fike struck a Kings Island security officer with the side mirror of his car as he drove away.

When Mason police arrived on the scene, they found heroin inside his SUV as well as syringes and spoons with residue.

Fike was not alone. He had a woman with him, by the name of Cassandra Davidson.

Both were arrested on drug possession charges and taken to the Warren County Jail.
Fike, 24, is a driver of the #1 Toyota Tundra Craftsman Truck Series.
He's currently ranked eighth in the series. He competed at the Kentucky Speedway in 2005 and 2006 in the NASCAR Busch Series.

Third one in two years. Tyler Walker, Shane Hmiel, and Fike. You guys bitch about NASCAR penalties. At least on this issue they have taken a firm stand. Fike is done.

If he's convicted, he's done. If it's acquitted, then it's another issue.

Looks like he's done in stock cars... But that doesn't mean he couldn't drive anywhere. A funny thing happened this year at Sebring 12h when a guy that was banned for two years from FIA GT last year because of drugs took part of it(under a pseudonym though). But then again, as I remember, the drug in game wasn't anything near heroine. Doesn't mean that he should drive this/next year but maybe in a few years, if he picks himself up, he might drive some other cars.

This is a real shame. Aaron looks to be a really talented driver and if he has done something so stupid he has destroyed a career that likely would have ended up in Nextel Cup.

HEROIN? Who in their RIGHT FREAKING Mind does THAT? Not only that, but on a day off, he goes to an amusement park, and then carries a few hits and the needles IN the car. To top it off, he tries to run a guy over. Geeze, I can go to an amusement park and not even SEE security, and Fike doesn't just see one, he gets in an altercation with one. You really have to be taking a lot of stupid pills for this whole thing to go down......
