I don't know of any live broadcasts, but Planet F1 does live reporting lap by lap using a text description and position chart. For an old hand like yourself, creating the picture in your mind from the text description isn't difficult.

I've used it at work. I think F1 Live may have something similar.

Star Sports is showing a replay of quals right now. Reproduction is quite good - however, I don't think they will show the race direct tonight.
