View Full Version : Has Ferrari now gone back to 'Malboro' Red in Canada?

Looking at the first pictures from the various sites of the Ferraris in Montreal 07, it seems to me that the car livery is now back to its day-glow Marlboro Red after we saw the metallisised crimson red livery in Monte Carlo last race.

Perhaps the metallic crimson livery was simply a glitzy 'Monaco Special' as it were?

Personally I prefer the Marlboro day-glow red - Think it looks more dynamic and works better on TV against a grey track.

What does everyone else think - has the car now gone back to the Marlboro red or is it just me seeing things?

I thought the Monaco paint was a one-time thing. But to me it looks like they're using it at Montreal.

I could've sworn Autosport magazine in the UK were reporting the new Ferrari paint-job arrangement as part of a permanent image revamp that would be complete "by the end of the season". Perhaps I'm not recalling correctly what I read, but from the TV screens the shade of red of the two Ferraris seems to me to once again be the Monaco-spec one? :\

Looks like a nice crimson red that they still have in Montreal. I like it.
