I reckon someone in Woolworths IT department is getting their butt kicked 'cos Woolworth's website if currently offline.

I wonder how many people ordered and paid before they realised :D

That's a costly omission of a '0' methinks.

I used to work at Woolies too, would have been even better if I'd got in while I still had my discount!

They probably made a typo and didn't put a 0 between the 1 and the 5 which would have made it £1050- much more sensible.

Woolies may be alright, there's a precedent that if an incorrect price would be reasonably obvious then they don't have to honour it.

Price a £1500 telly at £1200, and that's not an obvious mistake - but even then they could withdraw the item from sale.

However, to a large company like Woolworths, the PR gained from fulfilling orders could be worth the hit.

But seriously, unless you're into footie on Sky Sports don't bother with HD for a few years. There are only a couple of TV studios in the country kitted out with it, and very very few mainstream programmes being made in Hi-Def, in the UK at least.
