Cable systems without Speed will get pressure when the franchise comes up for adoption. City Councilmen might even bully the companies after this.

The overwhelming pressure from cable subscribers in this area led to our provider adding the YES network to their regular channel line-up. If enough people make requests for specific programming some cable companies really do listen.
