Rest in peace Niki Lauda.
What an amazing career on and off the track, that will be hard to match.
I remember Lauda's interview on ZDF the night before the Nurburg ring crash.
Luckily he survived for a 2nd career.
RIP

Wow, the toughest F1 driver to ever race. I thought he would live a thousand years that man.
Rest in Peace Niki, you would always be remembered

His work to improve the V6's sound was an amazing contribution to F1. He made them sound distinctly lauda.
Seriously, though, it's a shame to see him go. He was a legend and, perhaps more importantly, always someone to speak his mind, which will be sorely missed in the world of politics that is F1. He was a truly unique character and I'm sure everyone in the paddock would have wanted him to stay on for much longer.

Growing up in Austria, it's hard to imagine a world without Niki, as he was so ubiquitous, always giving his opinion on everything from sports to business, (aircraft) technology and politics. His no-bullshit approach will be sorely missed!

It's sad when a larger than life legend goes, specially well before his time.

A truly gifted driver, a worthy champion, and one of my all time favorites.
Rest in peace my man, and may the forza be with you!

He was the first Formula One driver that I ever followed and was a fan of.
Strange, though I now understand that it happens to everyone, but all of my heroes are becoming ghosts.
