Slovenia : Alex Humar with Clio R3T. It is a big shame to have a winning car from group R3, as in a "normal" championship with "normal" car park (here I mean few R5 and S2000) such car can not come under five fastest cars in any event....but this is our reality.....
Of course this has nothning to do with Alex, he is a great driver(already 5th time national champion).

on ewrc-results it says he entered with 208 R2... strange choice, maybe because he's already champion?

Is his appeal against disqualification in the last round already confirmed?

Yes, he saved his 3rd place, only needs to pay some small financial penalty.
He entered with 208 R2 for last rally as anyway he will be champion as non of his opponents who can still fight with him entered that event.

I collect national rally champions of many countries, so if anyone is interested in those lists, let me know :) For sure they're not 100% accurate but since it's not info easy to get, I'd be glad to share it.

Last update for 2016 champs by me :) the more the country is "exotic" the more info is scarce, so any correction is welcome:
China (only Chinese drivers eligible): Han Han - Subaru XV
Indonesia (as far as I understand, the rally championship was replaced by a rallysprint championship, at for 2016): Rizal Sungkar - Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X
Peru (ACP): Nicolas Traverso - Toyota Hilux (Mk8)
Thailand: Fan Fan (China) - Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X

Got to say that I loved the Subaru XV. China as a very cool selection of rallycars, with the Golf, this Subaru (http://vtcar.com/projects/vt15xv-vermont-sportscar-2016-subaru-xv/) and the BAIC Senova D50! Is there a link where we can find results and pictures.

BTW, gotta love a Toyota Hillux in Tarmac Rally Spec

It's great to see different rally cars in different countries :) and for China Rally Championship, you can find some few info here: http://www.autosports.org.cn/
It's not easy if one doesn't speak Chinese though.
