I'll go with Vettel this time.
Rosberg, Kimi and Perez did well, too,

Well, it's fairly difficult since the race was so dull, but I guess that Vettel is a fair candidate. Kimi and Pérez drove really well, and I also feel tempted to name Sainz for three insane overtakes in lap 1, although his race after that was fairly anonymous.
