It saddens me to hear that Paul Wong, a member of the former FCACA Team that ran Ketomaa and Weng in the 2010 PWRC. He was working for 333 Racing in China, he managed the Skoda China backed team, when he was diagnosed with Leukaemia in July 2014. Unfortunately, he lost his battle with this disease today, May 31st, 2015. He was 34 years old.
A great friend, he was always open and friendly. The love he had for rallying was always evident and was keen to share that love with as many people as possible. I first met him at Rally New Zealand in 2010 and we developed a friendship almost immediately and he was always a great help to myself when I went to various rallies in his native China.
I am sharing this on the WRC forum because there surely will be others who knew him from the PWRC campaign that may not look at the Asia-Pacific forum.
He will be greatly missed. Xie xie and zai jian my friend.
