It's a very big rally in the ongoing Ogier/JML dynamic.

With Jari-Matti first on the road it will be difficult for him. Can't see past Seb in this one but hoping we'll see a good fight.

Also intrigued to see the Hyundai's times on gravel.

Mexico had less than 25 entrants some years ago.
With 29, it's a bit better. Of course not many as it was the first years ... but that's the problem of R cars. Not a lot crossed the ocean ... has the last N4.

No this time. Before was Rally America. I don't know why not be there for this rally.

As many teams do not come to the date runs in Mexico, many of you did not write too much in this post, it is amazing to see as is already the topic of Walles 2014 and brings 27 responses and arrived here just 15. and that it does not cost us.

We can not expect less from some teams whose budget is limited, they prefer to invest in Europe dates.

Maybe if they saw Mexico as an investment, as having little involvement, would take some important points for the championship. Anyway, I'll be on Friday 7 Chocolate filling me with dust and taking some photos and I will talk to them .... :smokin:

Yes, that´s true. But it´s nothing you can blame the promoter. It´s technical from the operator of the mobile system. Hard to avoid unless you pay extra for connections, which I´m sure they don´t because of expensive costs...

Yep! It's started! Ogier has over 2 secs on Ostberg in the short stage. I reckon he will win the next one by 10sec+. I feel deflated just witnessing it, can imagine how the drivers feel.

I always thought there was hope and a small degree of reality on the odd event, in a straight fight, that someone could beat Loeb (Marcus, Mikko, JML.....and Ogier), but with Ogier there is no hope. He is too fast, too consistent and too confident for anyone to challenge him. Oh and his car is probably quicker too ;)

Clarified - this happened to one of Mikko's tyres at the start of SS3. Hirvonen then drove the remainder of the monster Chocolate stage and the two following tests after puncturing his only spare on the day's opener..

Ah, so your N.O.T then? Its a privilege to have you comment on my post! Well, I live in South Wales UK, and space fantasy has never appealed to me. Having followed this wonderful sport for over 45 years, I think I can spot a talent. Kris is one of those despite his well published trips into the undergrowth. He hasn't had the opportunity to show his speed regularly until now, and it is frustrating that it looks as if he has made a mistake. He hasn't had the benefit of a full years testing and development that Ogier did. and lets be fair Jari, has binned it fairly regularly on his trip to VW. I think your comments are a bit black and white, and you don't help your cause with trivial throwaway lines. I rate Kris!

Latvala begins to realize to challenge the title is not necessary to attack all the time, just take what you can the most of every event. Now he was sweeping the road at this slippery gravel, so he did perfect job today and Meeke (and probably Ostberg) wouldn't be able to challenge him next 2 days. Ogier though is untouchable again...
