My browser gets redirected to dangerous website

..........especially when I try to read articles from The Age. Can someone please help me to eradicate this malware/trojan/spyware , please from my PC.

Try Malwarebytes. They have a free version. After a while you'll get messages from them asking you to buy the full version. You don't need to do that, the free version will continue to update and work. It's a great adjunct to antivirus programs.

I have been getting a page that opens up with the Firefox logo telling me to upgrade. I was curious so I checked Firefox and everything is up to date.
I wonder did we get the same notice?

mine does too. it goes to www.latinawhoresinyourarea.com (http://www.latinawhoresinyourarea.com) er did I google that :)
