No, this isn't the thread for what is, this is the thread for what we'd like to see in 2014.

Everything in this thread should be a fib...

Gangnam District, Seoul, South Korea
Amidst much hype and the appearance of 4Minute, Stefano Coletti and Jolyon Palmer were announced as the two drivers for the Texaco Star Kia Formula One Team.
The K1 chassis designed in partnership with Korea Aerospace Industries features the new 1.6 litre turbocharged V6 engine as mandated for the 2014 Formula One season. The engine is expected to appear in a high-performance version of the Kia Koup GTR later in the year.
Lead designer Peter Schreyer said "We are not content mere to participate in F1. We fully intend to win both World Championships, both the Drivers' and Constructors' by Korea's 75th anniversary in 2023."
The cars are expected to make their first test runs at the Korea International Circuit in Yeongam, South Jeolla, by mid January.

News report, 30th November 2014:

"It is quite amazing how Sebastian Vettel and RBR, the driver/team pairing that dominated so much from 2010 - 2013, managed to place last in the 2014 FIA Formula One World Drivers & Constructors Championships respectively. Team boss Horner was at a loss for words while former champion Vettel is still trying to figure out what to do with his index finger now that Massa and Williams F1 have taken both titles in the 2014 Championships."

"Lewis Hamilton was detained at border control because his American accent has become so extreme that the authorities thought he was running on a fake passport. Anthony Davidson will take his place at Mercedes until the issue has been resolved"

Why don't you stick to realistic aims. Like Marussia winning both titles.

Kimi destroys Alonso in the first 4 races and the situation at Ferrari deteriorates.
While Maldonado keeps crashing into everyone in his path, including Grosjean.
Friction develops between Eric Boullier and the guys at Genii. He is sacked before Monaco and replace by the legendary Flavio Briatore.

Flavio immediately fires Maldonado replacing him with Webber, and keeps PDVSA money. PDVSA file a lawsuit for $50m.
After a heated exchange with Montezemolo, Alonso moves to Lotus (in exchange for Grosjean), with whom he dominantly wins the last 3 races leading into the summer break.
With the top 4, Kimi, Vettel, Rosberg and Aonso within 45 points of each other...

In the first laps of the 2014 Formula 1 Grand Prix of Australia, Red Bull driver Daniel Ricciardo fortunately dislodges a stack of pennies that had been installed underneath his accelerator pedal.

After winning the race, Ricciardo noted that the pennies appear to have been there for a number of years... :)

We have seen an overtake, oh no my mistake. Bernie has told him to give the place back as overtaking is now against FIA rules on safety grounds.
