My 4000th post..... :D :bounce: :sailor: :stareup:

Anyway having been a member for 4 1/2 years. I think it took me a couple of years to reach 1000 and then another year to get to 2000.

3000 was under a year and now to 4000 in about 7 months.

I have come to the conclusion I have either got more opinions now or just a duller life. :laugh:

When there was still a viable American open wheel series in existence, seems like my first 3-4 thousand posts went by like the wind. I was here all the time. Now, I tend to stay about a week behind on being able to watch F1 and sports car racing isn't what it used to be, so I just do my best to pop in periodically to check on Daniel and Fousto.

Been here 7 years (and much longer back when I was following the WRC seriously...) Took 4 years to make my first post 0.o

Have averaged about 250 a year since then.

My next milestone is 10,000.... Not bad in 5 years, seems longer than that though. I started reading the forum when I got back into F1 at the end of 2004, but chose sensibly when to get involved :)

Post totals can sometimes be misleading, and other times just plain incorrect. I joined this forum sometime between 2002 and 2004, but after two permanent bans that I managed to get reprieves from my start date was changed to 2006. It is no less insignificant that I lost around 1400 posts after the latest site crash as I was less than 200 short of the big 10 grand, which doesn't matter to me. It is only a testament of how much nonsense I post on this forum. :sailor: :angel:

I've never paid attention to how many post I have... and I don't have a clue if that count has ever got reset
