Great news about Turkington, I think WSR really do have a formidable driver lineup this season with Nick Foster also being one of the best of the "Amateur" drivers around...

The deadline for registrations was Friday the 22nd. The drivers and teams will be informed by March 8th if they've been accepted. Anything after March 8th may incur a 20% increase on the entry fee. Which explains why you always get the odd TBA popping up. Better to pay your £17k+VAT and register for entry now, then search for a driver in the time between late Feb and the start of April, rather than pay extra. If you're that confident of getting a driver anyway!

It's a Neil Brown-tuned GM engine. That's why they didn't appear at the end of last season like they intended, as they were missing parts and didn't want to go down the TOCA route.

As for Stockton, I'm not hopeful on anything soon. The team transporter is being used to deliver furniture and the car hasn't been assembled due to not having the funds to complete the build and also race it. According to Stockton's Twitter account.

I think we'll be quite glad of the S2000 class being there if there are problems getting these NGTC newbuilds on the grid.
