How do i clean my running shoes?I have asics rush 33 neon Orange shoes, and I'd like to get the dirt off. They are worn everyday to school, work, etc. They have some dirt on it that is preventing them from being as bright as they could be. They're pretty new, and I don't want to ruin the material.

Try washing up liquid or liquid detergent, hot water and a scrubbing brush - the softer kind if you have one. Then dry in air without heat.
