A whole thread because of this tiny question, but I just need to know!

Everytime I watch the 2003 season review I always wondering what the hell Burns is talking about in rally Cyprus before he retire because of engine overheat.

Put the manually lock, do it quickly.
Do all the fixing you need to do, Ill just drive.
I've still got the rocket. Still got the rocket.

What does he mean with rocket???
It sounds like a game and he is out of ammo and on the film he looking very concentrated to lock the target manually and use the rocket.

Miss him so much in WRC :(

I don't know.....but i think the "rocket" must be a nickname for a part of the car and not the real name...so its going to be difficult to decifer what this means.

Are you sure he says rocket? To me it seemed like he was systematically checking over the things in the car that still worked. I cant make out what he says though so you may be right.

One thing for sure I also miss him in the WRC.

I don't know what he means but I still play Richard Burns Rally every day in his memory. There was a great new track released for it today.

Alright, here it is, sorry for the bad quality and its laggy.
Didnt know where to upload it and I always get error messages on youtube.

In the end of the video I added the sequence again with the original subtitle if you dont hear it because of the sound.

I think he could have win that year, if the car would have been upgraded and if he didnt get cancer.
The 206 wouldve kicked ass if it was upgraded it and if they kept it instead of the 307!!!

Maybe 'rocket' was his word for the turbocharger?

Sounds like he means "I'm in the zone" from the way he motions forward while saying he doesn't need the notes while the co-driver sorts out the problem.

I think he says "I've still got throttle"

Sounds to me like:
... RB "Do all the things you need to do"
RR - Okay yeah
RB "i've still got throttle, still got lock it"

Something about locking a diff or engine safety lock etc maybe?

Yes, when you say it and I listen, it sounds like he say throttle.
Wonder why they put rocket in subtitle :D

Yeah, he says "I've still got throttle, still got full......"

I also understood throttle but maybe because rocket doesn't make much sense.

Naah, it's throttle. You could mistake throttle for the rocket. The rottle, the rocket, say it fast and it sounds roughly the same.
