Justice! :D

Edit: UK only. Sorry. If a mod could put that in the title that would be great.

actually its not UK only but rather applies to the entire European Union.:

Apple declined to comment. It can still appeal to the UK Supreme Court, otherwise the ruling applies across the European Union.

That'll never happen in the US. If there was any kind if penalty for a frivolous lawsuit, half of our lawyers would be out of work.

Finally a court with a backbone decided that being the most expensive company listed on the Wall Street is not enough to win frivolous law suits.
I wonder if the US courts will ever have enough backbone to tell Apple that they are pathetic, most probably it will never happen as nationalism goes a long way nowadays.

Ha! They'll chuck you in prison before looking at evidence. Apple clearly has a few judges in their pockets and is able to coax juries with their shiny plastic products.

I am using Samsung Galaxy Note II and I found that Samsung is more user-friendly. No offence, just my personal view.

The lawsuit appears to have been a great advertisement for Samsung.
