Yep, I am delighted for her. As far as I know she is the first female team principal in F1? This comes as no surprise that she is taking over from Peter Sauber, however, she is a very nice and extremely capable lady and I'm delighted to see her take over the reigns of one of my favourite teams.

Monisha Kaltenborn seems to be universally liked and respected - a worthy successor to Peter Sauber in that sense.

Here's hoping, although there's not much promising female talent going round at the moment apart from say Alice Powell in GP3.

But all in all, I can only wish Monisha the very best of luck, and grow some backbone as you'll need it in those inevitable rows with a certain Mr Di Montezemolo
