Force India brought claims of a conspiracy to misuse the team's confidential information against Aerolab and Mike Gascoyne, chief technical officer of Caterham. However, a judge ruled Force India came "nowhere near establishing that."

I got a chuckle out of this ruling. Force India make baseless accusations, and no doubt Vijay's ego played a role, then Sahara have to foot the bill. :burn:
