The motive is yet unclear.

Is not he was after his girlfriend and the man he shot was girls father, some sort of sad love story the couple was on the run for a week in March and her parents filed a case to court to get restraining order for the guy.

Is that any justification for going around shooting people?

Motive is not a synonym for justification.

Why is it that so many people have incidents in schools? Is it for the media draw, or do the nutters just gravitate to schools as they are an area with lots of young people grouped together without a means to defend?

I think both. It is a huge media draw and easier to get bigger body count.

Kindergartens, too. We had a case of a nutter taking kids hostage in a kindergarten. He was shot by the special force.
