Hello
I want to buy a new drive, just do not know how to choose.
What is the difference in the middle of SATA II and SATA III for the hard drive?

Providing your motherboard supports Sata III...
A Sata III port has a 6Gig per second bandwidth but unless you go for an SSD (Solid state Disc) I wouldn't bother as Hard drives can rarely spin fast enough to saturate a SATA2 port, let alone a SATA3 port.
Only If you had 4 SATA2 drives in RAID-0 vs. 4 SATA3 drives in RAID-0 you would start to see differences in performance.
