I'm going to sit down on my bike to go out and ride with my wife around Central Park on this spring day and I can now feel the aches that I will feel tomorrow morning.

And I'm not fat. I'm just waaaaay out of shape.

That's more apropó for the pot thread.

And Eki, thanks for your suggestion but the bike ride went by quite nicely. Spring has definitely sprung and the colors were glorious.

I finally made it back to the gym again for the first time in 3 weeks.
Did my usual routine... mainly low reps and low weights :D
