Junior touring car racing?

Hi everyone,
New here and saying hello, with a question :)

I have a need for going fast for some reason, and ive always enjoyed watching touring car racing when ever its on motorsportTV, but i never realised that there was a possibility i could take part in some, or low level. But can i at 15 years old?

If i was to buy, for instance a ford fiesta, get my dad to sponsor me with his company, do the car up with roll cage and everything it will require, then go racing in a league, or is it not that simple?
Anyone possibly tell me about his, or any racing sports i could get into?
I live in Spalding Lincolnshire and would love to race at Silverstone and places like that, just for fun and see if im any good?

im slightly confused looking at this site, how doe it work?? do you buy your own fiesta, and race against others, or do you compete to be in there team? im completely confused?
